New Delhi : Anil Ambani's Reliance today (Feb 2 2006) filed a petition in the Delhi High Court challenging the government's decision to downgrade them on eligibility criteria for modernisation of airport in Delhi, where it had emerged as the top financial bidder, to favour others.

In its petition, Reliance Airport Developers, a company of the Anil Dhirubhai Ambani (ADAE) Group, challenged the manner in which the consortium led by it was downgraded as a result of which GMR-Fraport consortium was awarded the contract for Delhi Airport.
