'Demerged entities likely to be listed by Mar 2006'
Anil Dhirubhai Ambani Group (ADAG) today (Dec 26, 2005) clarified that it would endeavour to list the four demerged entities of Reliance Industries Limited in the first quarter of next calendar year and not around January 18 as reported by a section of the media.

Sensex dips by 171 pts on across-the-board sell-off
A virtual stocks meltdown today (Dec 26, 2005) sent the Sensex sliding by a massive 171 points to end at 9,085.89 as nervous operators went on across-the-board selling spree in a bid to square up positions ahead of expiry of derivatives contract on Thursday.

Sensex dips below 9,200 point mark in early trade
Continuing with its slide, the Bombay Stock Exchange's sensitive index plunged by about 130 points in 45 minutes of trading to go below the 9,200 point level today on major sell-off by foreign funds and domestic funds ahead of December future contract expiry.

Sensex falls by 98 pts in trade, RIL worst sufferer
The Bombay Stock Exchange Benchmark 30-share Index (sensex) continued its downslide and today (Dec 26, 2005) fell sharply by another 98 points during morning trading due to heavy sell-off by operators in the absence of Foreign funds.
