Mumbai: The Bombay High Court today (Dec 2, 2005) adjourned till December five a petition filed by Reliance Industries Ltd (RIL) seeking approval of the proposed demerger scheme as a settlement between Ambani brothers, Mukesh and Anil.

The petition was adjourned by Justice Nishita Mhatre as a shareholder sought time to put forth his argument opposing the scheme.
