New Delhi: US-based SEMI India today (Nov 30, 2005) announced a three billion USD chip manufacturing plant for India in technological partnership with micro processing giant AMD.

SEMI India CEO Vinod Agarwal told reporters here, "SEMI India will set up a chip manufacturing plant in partnership with AMD".
