New Delhi: Business Process Outsourcing Company ExlService Holdings has announced the appointment of world-renowed management expert Mohanbir Sawhney as a director on the company's board.

The appointment will take effect from this month.

Sawhney is a globally recognized scholar, teacher, consultant and speaker on strategic marketing, e-business and innovation. He is the McCormick Tribune Professor of Technology and the Director of the Center for Research in Technology and Innovation at the Kellogg School of Management, Northwestern University.

Welcoming Sawhney to the Board of Directors, Vikram Talwar, Vice Chairman and CEO, EXL Service, said, "I am delighted to announce the appointment of Sawhney as a director on EXL's board. Sawhney is also a Fellow of the World Economic Forum.
