Bangalore: BDK India one of the leading Indian manufacturers of Valves and Pumps today (Sept 26, 2005) announced that its products have received the safety and quality certification issued by TSSA (Technical Standards & Safety Authority) Canada for its products: Diaphragm Valves, Butterfly Valves, Plug Valves and PFA lined Valves.

The certification process for receiving this Canadian Registration Number (CRN) has just been completed and BDK products can now be exported to North America.

The TSSA certification follows stringent process for quality standards and safety. TSSA based in Ontario, Canada represents the highest level of quality certification in Canada.

This certification enables BDK to not only enter the Canadian markets but is widely accepted as a premium standards certification worldwide.

This certification will help us to tap the entire North American region. TSSA provides assessments for up to four processes Regulated Safety Service, Specialised Safety Services, Public Safety & Consumer information and Alternative service delivery. BDK India met the requirements for all four processes and received the Service Support Enhanced verification.
