Bangalore: The Board of Directors of United Breweries Limited today (Sept 19, 2005) declared an interim dividend of 15 per cent.

The announcement was made at the Annual General Meeting of UBL by its Chairman Vijay Mallya, who also noted that it's first dividend declared by the company since 2001.
