Rupee weakens against USD in late morning deals
The Rupee continued to weaken against the United States (US) currency on sustained light corporate dollar demand, amid a strong dollar overseas in a cautious trade at the Interbank Foreign Exchange (FOREX) market, ahead of the quarterly monetary review later today (July 26, 2005).

Sensex 20 points down due to selling pressures
The sensex today (July 26, 2005) met with resistance after a firm start and was quoted 20 points down during morning trading on the Mumbai Stock Exchange (BSE), due to selling pressure from operators, amid consistent buying from institutional investors for the past several days.
