New Delhi: Reliance Energy will consider and take on record the un audited financial results of the company for the first quarter on July 19.

The Board of directors will meet on Tuesday (July 19, 2005) to consider and take on record the un audited financial results (provisional) for the first quarter ended June 30, 2005, and to approve payment of quarterly dividend, if any, the company informed the Bombay Stock Exchange today (July 12, 2005).

The company has also informed that July 29, 2005 has been fixed as the record date for the purpose of determining the entitlement, if any, for payment of quarterly dividend for the quarter.
