New Delhi: Anil Ambani today (Jun 22, 2005) met Union Home Minister Shivraj Patil and Finance Minister P Chidambaram presumably to brief them about the settlement of Reliance empire with the elder scion of the Ambani family Mukesh.

Anil, who flew in from Mumbai this morning, met Patil at his residence and the meeting lasted for about 30 minutes.

He also met Chidambaram in the Finance Ministry.

However, what transpired in both meetings was yet to be known.
