Mumbai: IT major Wipro Ltd's contract processing arm, E-OPS has signed an exclusive partnership agreement with the company's loan processing unit, Wipro BPO for 24/7 offshore mortgage processing service.

The service is conducted in a paperless fashion, with originators either faxing, uploading or entering data into the E-OPS web-based system and offshore processors handling all processing tasks required prior to closing, Wipro informed the Bombay Stock Exchange on Wednesday (Jun 15, 2005).

Wipro BPO handles loan processing, including loan application data entry and submission, ensuing follow-up process, query handling process, re-submission, closing and notification process.

E-OPS is the first contract processing company to provide online virtual access to customer files with real-time feedback between the loan officer, customers and third parties.
