SEBI prohibits Pentamedia and directors from market
SEBI (Securities and Exchange Board of India) today (May 27, 2005) barred Pentamedia Graphics Ltd and its directors from issuing new shares, altering capital structure, accessing and dealing securities until further orders to save investors from further fraudulent actions like exposure to fake shares.

BSNL to start ILD services directly to 23 countries
State-run BSNL (Bharat Sanchar Nigam Ltd) will start international long distance services directly to 23 countries and has signed bilateral international service agreements with six international carriers for routing of ILD calls.
