HAL and ONGC sign MoU for mutual cooperation
Hindustan Aeronautics Limited (HAL) and the Oil & Natural Gas Corporation Ltd (ONGC) signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) for wide ranging cooperation at Bangalore on Apr 29, 2005.
