Bangalore: Starent Networks, today (Feb 19, 2005) announced that it has opened its first development centre in Bangalore, as part of its expansion plan.

The office, spread over 5000 square feet, has state-of-the-art infrastructure and is Starent's second development center in India, Starent said in a release.
