Bangalore: Mphasis BFL Group today (Feb 14, 2005) said it would acquire London-based consulting company Princeton Consultings in an all cash deal for 7.73 million Pound Sterlings.

Princeton with an employee strength of 100 has customers in Britain and Europe.

Mphasis Chairman and CEO Jerry Rao said in a statement that the acquisition would help the company broaden BPO and IT services offerings in Britain and the European market.
