The board of IPCL, a Reliance Group Company, today (Jan 20, 2005) began its meeting to consider the third quarter results as well as the resignation of its vice-chairman Anil Ambani.

According to one of the directors, the board apart from the results will discuss the resignation of Anil Ambani, who had tendered his resignation stating that he cannot sit on the same board as Anand Jain, a close confidant of Mukesh Ambani.
