Mumbai: The Board of Reliance Energy Ltd (REL), Anil Ambani controlled enterprise, began its meeting in Mumbai today (Nov 30, 2004) to consider various issues, including the resignation by six of its Directors.

The six Directors, including four full-time Directors and one Reliance Industry Ltd's representative, had sent in their resignations on November 25, without specifying any reason.
