Monday, November 29 2004 19:10 Hrs (IST)

New Delhi: Stating that he was saddened by the developments of the last two weeks, Reliance Industries vice chairman Anil Ambani today (Nov 29, 2004) sought the support of the entire group for himself and his elder brother Mukesh, but reserved comments on the ownership issues plaguing the Ambani family.

"I am personally saddened like all of you at the developments of last two weeks... As already communicated, I will not comment on any issue at this stage and may do so at an appropriate time, if necessary," Anil said in an e-mail to RIL (Reliance India Ltd) employees.
