Mumbai: Reliance Industries Ltd (RIL) chairman and managing director Mukesh Ambani and vice-chairman and managing director Anil Ambani, who are in tussle over the ownership issue of the Rs 90,000 crore Reliance group, today (Nov 27, 2004) attended an award function but avoided the waiting media.

Mukesh, elder brother came early at a five star hotel in South Mumbai and headed straight to function where union Finance Minister P Chidambaram is to give away the Economic Times awards.

Anil accompanied by his wife Tina came later but did not respond to any media query.
