Kolkata: Airtel yesterday (Nov 19, 2004) announced the introduction of an attractive handset package with Motorola C115 as part of its initiative to further fuel the growth of the mobile market in Kolkata.

The package includes an Airtel prepaid connection with a Motorola C115 handset at an effective cost of only Rs 1999.

The package also includes an Airtel post paid connection with handset at an effective cost of only Rs 1499.

"This initiative is in line with our vision of making mobile communication a way of life through reduction of the entry cost of going mobile," Chief Executive Officer -Eastern Region of Bharti Cellular Ltd. Deepak Gulati said in a release.
