Bangalore: Business software solutions provider SAP today (Nov 15, 2004) announced that Bangalore will host SAP TechEd '04, the company's premier technology event, for the first time in the South Asia Pacific region.

The event would create an opportunity for developers, partners and customers to gain useful and practical knowledge about the technology behind SAP's solutions, the company said in a statement in Bangalore.

It would serve as the 'grand finale' to the SAP NetWeaver 50-city World Tour, and is expected to attract over 1,000 developers, customers, partners and members of the SAP community from India and across the globe.
