e4e Inc to add 2,000 people in 14 months in India, US
Saturday, October 30 2004 17:04 Hrs (IST)

Bangalore: IT and BPO services group, e4e Inc, today (Oct 30, 2004) said it would add 2,000 people at four of its group companies in both India and the US over the next 14 months.

"We will be reaching a strength of 5,000 people by December 2005. This would be ramped up both organically and inorganically," e4e Inc President and CEO Somshankar Das told reporters after the inaugural of the group's new facility in Bangalore.

e4e Group has four companies including Aztec Software, iCelerate, iSeva and Vinciti AQ employing 3,000 people who serve over 100 customers in the financial services and high technology verticals.

Das said the group, with total revenue of nearly $ 100 million, is planning acquisitions of firms which had value to its financial services and also firms, which have a delivery centre in Europe.

e4e co-founder and Chairman K B Chandrashekar said the group enables "services-on-tap", a concept which allows deployment, management and operation of one or many business processes across an enterprise with good quality service at the lowest possible cost.

"We are looking at over 30 per cent growth across all the companies over the next two years," he said.
