Bangalore: IT major Wipro today (Oct 8, 2004) said it is building strong domain skills with 15 internationally certified insurance consultants for servicing insurance firms.

Wipro in a statement in Bangalore said it has over a dozen clients in the insurance domain including Prudential, Aviva and Friends Provident.

"Our aim is to proactively suggest improvements to customers on their business operations as a strategic partner and build domain capabilities," Wipro Vice President Insurance Solutions, Soumitro Ghosh said.
