New Delhi: The Government today (Sep 30, 2004) cleared, 48 Foreign Direct Investment (FDI) proposals worth Rs 305.90 crore, including Flextronics' acquisition of Future Software for Rs 185.04 crore.

The US-based Honeywell International's proposal to set up a wholly-owned subsidiary to manufacture automotive parts and to provide engineering design services would involve an inflow of Rs 46.26 crore, an official statement said.
