New Delhi: Contact centre solution provider Concerto Software on Thursday (Sep 23, 2004) announced expansion of its strategic partnership with networking company 3D Networks to distribute and service the former's customer interaction management (CIM) and performance optimisation solutions in India.

3D Networks also plans to triple its investment in pre-sales, professional services and support resources in India, a Concerto release said in New Delhi.

"Through 3D Networks India, Concerto Software is better able to help enterprises enhance their contact centre productivity, service delivery and bottom line results," Concerto vice-president Pramod Ratwani said.

3D Networks India's regional director SK Jha said, "Given the synergies and strengths of both the companies, we also see opportunities to expand in the Asia-Pacific region."
