Bangalore: Wipro Technologies, the global IT services division of Wipro, today (Sep 14, 2004) said it has bagged a contract with American Traffic Management Solutions (ATMS) to build key portions for the US firm's Axsis, Violation Processing System product line (Axsis VPS).

ATMS is a technology and business solutions provider of electronic toll and traffic management technologies and services, a Wipro statement said in Bangalore.

The ATMS Axsis product serves wide ranging needs for various commercial and Government stakeholders in enabling efficient management of all traffic related violations.

"The product will use Wipro's expertise in business process management (BPM), data-warehousing and web security, with the workflow automation functions to be based on Flow-Brix, Wipro's BPM solution," it said.
