80 paise per minute! MTNL offers lowest cell rates
State-owned Mahanagar Telecom Nigam Ltd today (Sep 8, 2004) announced the lowest cellular tariff of 80 paise a minute for post-paid users within its own network and Rs 1.20 to other cellular phones with a monthly rental of only Rs 100.

Sensex crosses 5300-mark while trading; up by 33 pts
