UK based Inatech to expand operations in India
Monday, July 26 2004 19:24 Hrs (IST)

Bangalore: Inatech, a UK based Oracle Certified e-business partner specializing in implementation of Oracle applications and Oracle technology solutions, today (July 26, 2004) announced that it will expand its operations in India to increase its technological prowess and build delivery solutions to cater to global customers.

Company sources said that the expansion would give the company more space to accommodate its rapid growth and support increased demand for the company's business consulting services. Inatech presently has three pre-packaged solutions for Oracle applications under its hood - the Inalyse, Procure to Pay and Inter-company. Inatech also offers consultation in Business Process Management and Sarbanes-Oaxley.

With Business Processes being critical to the effective functioning of an enterprise, any change in the processes has to be reflected immediately. Inatech recommends enterprises to reconfigure rather than customize to effect these changes without delay, to increase productivity and reduce costs, the company said.

According to company sources, the Bangalore centre of Inatech currently employs 65 people since opening in 2003 and plans to increase headcount to over 100 by the year-end. The estimate of the market size for Oracle-related applications in India is approximately $ 200m. With the implementation, support and managed services market for enterprise packaged applications out of India staging a remarkable market comeback, the Indian market is seeing a tremendous opportunity for growth. This is attributed to the fact that companies based out of India have ramped up their operations and most companies run a significant part of their worldwide enterprise applications out of India, company sources said.
