NATIONAL 'Any rollback in prices only after Union Budget' Petroleum Minister Mani Shankar Aiyer today (June 19, 2004) said any rollback of prices in petroleum products could be effected only after the Union Budget, as it depended on the "fiscal changes" effected by Finance Minister P Chidambaram in the Budget and concessions that might be announced for the oil industry.
