New Delhi: ExlService Holdings Inc, a leading third party Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) Company, today (Mar 11, 2003) announced the appointment of Shiv Kumar as its Chief Sales and Marketing Officer.

Kumar joins EXL after spending 16 years with HCL Technologies Inc, one of India's largest IT companies. Kumar will be based at EXL's USA headquarters at New York and will be primarily responsible for driving EXL's global sales and marketing initiatives.
