As a part of its ongoing expansion plans, Bangalore-headquartered call centre major, Customer First Services, has announced the setting up of a 100-seater call centre at Chennai.
"This new facility would initially be a 100 seater. The services to be provided by this new facility would include Business Process Outsourcing (BPO), voice based customer care and web based customer care", it said in a statement.
The facility is aimed at attracting new clients in diverse verticals.
The company said its customers in the country include Hutch, Wipro, BPL, American Express and Standard Chartered Bank, among others in Chennai, it said.
