Aztec reports dip in Q3 revenues; profit Rs 20 lakh

Bangalore: Aztec Software and Technology Services Ltd today (Jan 13, 2004) reported a dip in its revenue for the third quarter ending December at Rs 10.42 crore, as compared to Rs 11.62 crore recorded during the corresponding period last year.

Aztec improved on its profit at Rs 20 lakhs in the current quarter, as compared to a loss of Rs 28 lakhs during the same period last year.

"We are seeing significant traction in business and are investing on sales and delivery capabilities. Going forward our strategy will be continued focus on software engineering services and an enhanced focus on sales and marketing," Aztec Chairman and Managing Director S Parthasarathy said in a statement in Bangalore.
