NATIONAL Sensex soars to 46 month high, promises more
Mumbai: Driven by a sustained stocks rally, the Sensex spurted by another 2.85 per cent to end the week at 46-month high at 5699.24 on the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) in Mumbai and now is poised to set new records in the beginning of the new year.

Singapore: Singapore's State investment arm Temasek Holdings bought a 5.2 per cent stake in India's largest private lender, Industrial Credit & Investment Corporation of India (ICICI) Bank, worth an estimated $ 200 million, a report said today (Dec 27, 2003).
