New Delhi: At least 70 anti-dumping investigations involving exporters from China have been initiated by
the Directorate General of Anti-Dumping and Allied Duties so far, Government told the Lok Sabha today
(Dec 5, 2003).
Final findings have been issued by DGAD in 58 cases while preliminary findings have been issued and
provisional duty imposed in six cases, Minister of State for Commerce and Industry S B Mookherjee said
in a written reply.
Three cases were under investigation for preliminary findings and three cases were closed, he said.
