Bangalore: Telecom software firm Subex Systems Ltd on October 22 reported a profit of Rs 7.73 crore during the six months ending September, an increase by 46 per cent over Rs 5.30 crore during the corresponding period last year.

Revenues stood at Rs 41.05 crore during the current period, up by about 30 per cent over Rs 32.92 crore in the first half of 2002, a company statement said here.

"Our products continue to attract excellent traction in the market with several new contracts for both Ranger and Incharge. We are progressing in line with the guidance for the year with growth in profitability considerably outstripping revenue growth," Subex President and Chief Executive Officer Subash Menon said.
