Chennai: TVS Sundaram Iyengar & Sons Ltd on October 14 launched their integrated car services under the brand "My TVS", offering among other things round-the-clock emergency roadside assistance.

The services also include multi-brand car services and pre-owned car sales, the company's executive director Dinesh told reporters.

The round-the-clock emergency service would be available through 103 authorised service providers of the company across Tamil Nadu while the multi-brand car services operates through 42 franchisee outlets in Tamil Nadu, Kerala and Karnataka.

Another 28 outlets would be opened in Tamil Nadu and Kerala by March next, he said.

The pre-owned car sales business of the company already operating in Tamil Nadu and Kerala had a 10 per cent market share of organised sector in this field, he said, adding that the division was targeting to sell about 5,000 cars next year.

"My TVS" emergency service will be available to consumer as a subscription-based service with three types of product offerings named silver, gold and platinum, depending on the geographic limits.

Dinesh said that the company was planning to cover the other states in the country in the next six months under this new branded initiative.
