NATIONAL Cabinet clears proposal for National Tax Tribunal
New Delhi: The government on October 3 cleared the long-awaited proposal to set up a National Tax Tribunal to reduce the burden of pending cases in High Courts and to ensure uniformity in administration of tax laws.
