Chennai: ICICI bank, Corporation Bank and Bharat Overseas Bank, selected as e-return intermediaries by the Directorate of Income Tax have chosen the Chennai based Integrel Hitech Ltd's "easitax" software package as their e-filing solution.

Under the arrangement with these banks "easitax" provides complete end-to-end e-filing solution providing tax guidance at various branches at all selected locations, income tax return preparation software for individuals and bulk return preparation software for corporates, an Integrel Hightech Ltd release said in Chennai on September 23.

The software package also provides front end e-filing, training of intermediaries' staff to facilitate e-filing and provide complete support and management of e-filing as well as physical filing of income tax returns at various locations, the release said.

The company specialising in tax software development and services had already developed various tax softwares for government of India, Directorate of Income Tax and Corporates.
