SENSEX rallies by 38.50 points on heavy buying
Mumbai: Led by pharma shares, prices recovered smartly on the Bombay Stock Market on July 3 on emergence of heavy buying by bull operators along with foreign institutional investors (FIIs) and closed with sharp gains, pushing the SENSEX up by an impressive 38.50 points.

Oil firms' net profit doubled in 2002-03: Ram Naik
New Delhi: The first year of the oil sector deregulation has been bounteous for the oil firms which nearly doubled their combined net profit to Rs 23,254.6 crore in 2002-03, Petroleum Minister Ram Naik said on July 3.

'India, China must not look at each other as rivals'
Shanghai: Favouring a new beginning between India and China to forge better understanding and cooperation in view of the landmark agreement reached this week, Information and Technology Minister Arun Shourie on June 26 said both the countries should not look at each other as rivals.
