Bangalore: Wipro Infotech, the India, Middle East and Asia Pac IT arm of Wipro Limited, on June 19
announced the launch of Wipro eHelpline, a web based call management software and Wipro eAsset, an
IT asset Management
tool.
Wipro eHelpline ver1.5, a IT helpdesk management software, provides ease in use, prompting self
service and self search for solutions on online knowledge base in the system.
It provides the customer a comprehensive tool for problem tracking, online self-service, knowledge
management, software change and configuration management among others, a company statement
said.
Wipro eAsset is an Automatic Asset Scanning Module for managing desktop, laptops and servers. It
provides an automated asset tracking system and can be integrated into Wipro eHelpline seamlessly
providing complete helpdesk management software.
