with Net2Phone, a leading global provider of retail voice services over IP networks in India.

as it will help grow the usage and the market of Internet Telephony in India.
As part of the alliance, Net4India will offer a whole range of voice solutions on the IP network, such as
the prepaid calling cards, dial-up hardware products and broadband products, to the retail and the
corporate customers in the country.
The prepaid calling cards will be available under the brand name 'Phonewala Red Card' at Net4India
retail outlets. The users will also be able to purchase the card through 'www.phonewalared.com', a new
website launched for the customers to register themselves for the solutions.
Commenting on the alliance Bryan Wiener, senior vice president, Net2Phone said, "The Internet
Telephony market is just one year old in India and it is commendable to see the way it has been adopted
by the users and the corporates in India. But the road is long ahead, and there is a lot of potential that
needs to be tapped, as the industry is still at its nascent stage in India.
According to iLocus, a research group focused on telecom and software industry, the Indian market is
estimated to grow to 211 million minutes by the year 2007.
With Net2Phone already estimated to have over 60% market share of Internet telephony services in
India, we are looking forward to tap the market, jointly with Net4India, with a whole range of retail and
corporate solutions to further expand that market share."
