i-Flex case: CEO's hearing postponed to May 2
Friday, April 11 2003 22:14 Hrs (IST)

London: The hearing in the extradition case of Senthil Kumar, Chief of the Dutch subsidiary of India software firm i-Flex, facing charges of alleged violation of Dutch visa rules has been postponed to May 2.

The case, scheduled for April 11 was put off by Magistrate Workman at the Bow Street Court as the Dutch side was not ready with the necessary paper work.

Kumar spent a week at the Brixton jail in South West London after he was arrested on March 26 following an Interpol alert charging 14 of i-Flex's employees in the Netherlands without proper work permits.

He was granted bail on April 2 by Magistrate Workman on a bond of 20,000 pounds with a direction that he should not leave London city till the disposal of the case.
