Infosys to announce its Q4 results on April 10

Bangalore and Fremont (California): Infosys Technologies Limited, a world leader in
consulting and information technology services, will announce results for its fourth
quarter and year ended March 31, 2003 on Thursday, April 10, 2003, IST (on the night
of Wednesday, April 9, 2003, US Eastern Time). The results will also be available on
the Infosys Website, www.infosys.com, according to a press release.
Following the release, Infosys chief executive officer (CEO), president and managing
director Nandan M Nilekani, chief operating officer (COO) and deputy managing
director S Gopalakrishnan, CFO and member of the Board T V Mohandas Pai, and other
members of senior management will comment on the company's performance. This will be
telecast by CNBC India to its viewers as a part of its "Boardroom" series, direct
from Bangalore, at 10:30 hours (IST) on April 10, 2003 (this will not be telecast in
