Sun Microsystems facing discrimination lawsuit
Washington: Sun Microsystems, one of the largest Silicon Valley corporations and co-founded by Indian-born Vinod Khosla, is faced by a lawsuit alleging it practices discriminatory policies by replacing older American employees with younger and lower paid Indians.

CII mission to visit Sri Lanka from March 27

Stocks crash, push SENSEX down by 78 points

Govt could go ahead with divestment of oil PSUs: SC
New Delhi: Giving a virtual green signal to the Union government to go ahead with the disinvestment of oil Public Sector Undertakings (PSUs)-- HPCL (Hindustan Petroleum Corp Limited) and BPCL (Bharat Petroleum Corp Limited), the Supreme Court on March 24 said pendancy of a petition challenging the same would not deter the Centre from rivatising the two oil majors.

BSE: SENSEX dips sharply at early stages
Mumbai: The SENSEX opened marginally lower and later suffered a sharp setback at early stages of the session in line with marked falls in key stocks at the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) on March 24 on selling triggered by fears that the war in Iraq could be longer than expected.
