Bangalore: Chairman of Hindustan Aeronautics Limited, N R Mohanty, has been elected president of Aeronautical Society of India (AeSI).

Elected at the 54th annual general meeting of AeSI on January 21, he succeeded Dr Kota Harinarayana, an HAL release said.
