Bangalore: Dipak K Rastogi, vice- chairman, Citigroup Investments - Emerging Markets, has been appointed as the additional director of the board of directors of Progeon Limited, the Business Process Management subsidiary of Infosys Technologies Limited, an official release announced. Rastogi is the nominee of Citigroup.

Rastogi will serve as an additional director of the board until the next 'Annual General Meeting' (AGM) of the company, when his appointment as a non-executive director will be placed for the approval of the members at the AGM, the release said.

With the induction of Rastogi, Progeon has five members on the Board.

Rastogi who joined Citibank in 1982 has extensive experience in global product management of corporate financial services including trading & sales, capital markets, corporate finance, derivatives and structured finance, the release added.
