Bangalore:Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Limited (HPCL) announced the launch of co- branded two-wheeler petrol engine oil "HP KINETIC Genuine Racer" in association with the two-wheeler manufacturer Kinetic Engineering Limited (KEL).

The co-branding arrangement follows an agreement between HPCL and KEL, according to an official press release. The specially formulated engine oil is available in two variants for two-stroke and four-stroke engines and have been developed in accordance with Kinetic two-wheeler requirements and duly tested and certified by the company, the release said.

These brands will be marketed at Kinetic dealerships and service stations as well as HPCL petrol pumps and bazaar shops as well.

The two companies have decided to extend the alliance beyond the commercial understanding and include joint product promotional campaigns, advertising and events, the press release added.
