Timex launches interactive game watches for kids

Bangalore: TIMEX, one of the leading watchmakers, on November 27 launched a new range of fun-filled interactive gaming watches for kids in India. This new range of watches is available in three interesting categories- Timex Power Fighter, Timex Wise Guy and Timex Wrist Rave.

"The fantastic response these watches have received from kids all over the globe have encouraged us to introduce them in India," said Kapil Kapoor, managing director, Timex Watches Ltd, in a press release. "These watches not only entertain kids but also help them improve their computer skills and hand-eye co-ordination making them ‘tick’ with the times," added Kapoor.

The Timex Power Fighter has features like real-time action fighting, with one or two player options to test one’s skills and strategic ability. It also contains a hall of fame for top three scorers and daily alarm.

The Timex Wise Guy has features like Daily fortune Cookie, Animated Bob ‘n’ Bill Cartoon show, Love-me-Love me-Not games, a Face Ball Challenge to test hand-eye co- ordination and an Angel or Devil game. Moreover it offers an option to assign faces to friends from the face library, a databank to store 10 telephone numbers, as well as a stopwatch, alarm and timer.

Timex Wrist Rave has a set of games apart from the seven different tunes that can be selected to identify and choose the various games.
