Bangalore: Big Bazaar, a division of Pantaloon Retail India Limited, has announced an offer of free gifts worth Rs 20 lakh to mark the celebration of the completion of "one glorious year of serving the people" of Bangalore.

"Every shopper who buys goods worth Rs 750 above wins a scratch card which entitles her/him to win gifts like Bajaj Pulsar bikes, gold coins, free holiday's in exotic locales, mobiles, pressure cookers and discount coupons. This offer along with very attractive discounts and value packs on a range of products is on during the three- week celebration period at the main store at Koramangala and the 'yatra' store at Commercial Street," according to an official press release.

"Looking back at this one year Big Bazaar has held some very good promotions and most of them have been held in Bangalore. Big Bazaar has also gone closer to people who are otherwise far away from the main store by opening temporary stores in areas like Rajajinagar and the one right now in Commercial Street, which makes shopping even more convenient to the people staying across the town and away from the main store at Koramangala," the release said.

" This is our way of thanking everyone for helping us reach this magical day. To express our gratitude we are inviting all our customers to come and share our success," head of operations (South) Mr Vishnu Prasad said.
