Bangalore: The Kinetic Nova presents "men in black" where eight macho men will be
seen on the roads, at popular youth hangouts and the hot spots representing the
brand tag line "science and sizzle" which is part of a thematic visibility campaign
by Kinetic to market its 4-stroke scooter Nova, according to an official press
release.
It is combined with a "test the best" campaign whereby during October 5 to November
4 a test ride on the Nova and writing a slogan could win gift vouchers worth Rs
1,500. The prizes would be given out on a daily basis, the release said.
Announcing the scheme, senior vice-president Ajay Kapila, sales and marketing
said, "While the 'men in black' will complement the advertising campaign of Nova, we
thought the best way to increase awareness of Nova's riding comfort and smoothness
is to invite prospective customers to actually take a test ride on it."
Kinetic Motor has recently increased the production of Nova to meet market
demands and reduce the delivery waiting periods at dealerships.
Nova features a 115 cc four-stroke engine, highly fuel efficient with a mileage
expectation of 55 kilometres per litre (KMPL). In addition, it has the largest under
seat storage space capable of holding two helmets, as well as a front glove box, the
release added.
